One-handed slide racking

hook thumb around the rear top of the grip (where it usually is, basically)
four fingers on top of the slide, holding on,
squeeze in a rearward motion.
one handed rack.

This works about as well as any of the hand-only methods I've tried, but mostly when using the right hand, because (depending on the hand and the pistol) the fingers of the left hand are dangling over the ejection port, compromising the grip. In any case it is not a fast transition.

The holster / boot techniques are likely the most useful.

Using one's own armpit, groin, and other body parts seems a bit doubtful. Using another persons body parts changes the context to grappling...

Trying this highlights the advantage of pistols that don't use a full length guide rod, recoil master or similar design that protrudes below the barrel when the slide is racked, because the lower portion of the slide is usually easier to align against whatever is being used to do the racking.
