One piece mount on bolt gun

How come you never see like cantilever mounts on bolt guns? You see both that style as well as rings on flat top AR’s etc with bigger scopes but only ever rings on other rifles
 
Cantilever mounts are common on ARs mostly for scope placement issues. Pushing the scope foward to fit a BUIS or magnifier or backwards for scopes with less eye relief can be difficult when you don't have enough top rail space to use conventional rings. Monolithic uppers aside, of course.
