I never found one. And I searched quite a bit two years ago. Tagged for interest.
Just got one for my All Weather boyz .. Leupold makes a STD base for the T/C classic .22 You will need the high rings if you have a model with sights and will also have to remove the rear sight. Check google .. you will find the part number. Not lots of them around. Hope that helps!

Interesting. I wonder if the Classic and Benchmark have the same receiver geometry? I would expect so, but you never know.
I went with Weaver 9951 bases and they seem to be working out. Plus, you can use Burris Signature-zee rings with this base.

Since the Leupold rail is listed for a Classic .22 and it fit my R-55, I would imagine that the R-55 Benchmark has the same contour. I have another one on the way for the Benchmark once I pick one up!! The rail was out before the R-55 series was produced.
