One rifle, one cartridge, one load for everything

Well, having recently gotten into a .300PRC, I find it makes for a for a very good do everything rifle. My is a Christansen’s Arms Mesa FFT with a Leupold 3.5x10x50 and weighs 7.4lbs. Shoots from 175 gr to 212 gr bullets accurately and should've enough humph for everything.

There's a few considerations that come into play when I think of a one gun scenario. First thought is - do I need to bring all the ammo with me, or can I access ammo out there. In locations where there are no Moose or Elk; and smaller Black Bears around a 243 does the job on my primary game which would be Whitetail deer and smaller critters. And in this vein - I am also thinking about rabbits and grouse (headshots). Ducks and geese might fall off the list. Further North where Moose and Elk are present I think a 270 is enough gun to take these animals down. If I'm further north where Bison are available - then a 30-06 (which is minimum) I'd pick that. I have larger caliber options but finding ammo may be a challenge.
