Received my PPQ M2 5" today. I did try out the PPQ M2 Navy before I bought it and it still easily impressed me with the great quality on the finish, the ported slide and amazing ergonomy of the grip.
To me, the grip is the best even compared to my p226, cz75 tactical and HK P30L. the trigger feels great as well. at a price less than 1K all in. It's easily THE BEST HANDGUN out there today.
sorry for the quality as I took it with my cell phone. hopefully I can get a range report this weekend. It's going to be lots of fun.

 
Yes! I recently got one of those 5" in .40 s&w. It had been a long time coming. They are hard to find. I love mine & am certain I'll never sell it (like the 18 pistols I've bought &sold within the last 3 years! Lol). I'm down to 3 1/2 .. m&p compact .40s&w with a 9mm conversion barrel. The other pistol is a satin nickel cz 75b that shoots as well as the walther

Nice HG! Is there any real positives for the slide being ported? While it looks "cool" I''m thinking it's a just another way for sand and dirt etc. to get in.

I got mine from P-D-ENT which is a sponsor here. looks like sold out, but I think you can ask them to put on a waiting list. If you want it right away, IRG always has it on the US site.
