Online canadian retailer for CCI 38/357 shotshells?

Anyone knows of an online canadian source for cci shotshells in 38/357 ? Also, if you have any experience with them what did you find out?

Also, if you guys can find me some speer empty shot capsules, that'd be great. Found them in the states but no luck up here.

I have used some of the 44 mag ones in a lever rifle. They are mighty weak and spread really quick. I was grouping about 12" and was only 10' away from the target. Other than rats and snakes they really aren't useful for much. I paid I think $12 for a 10 pack and it was okay for a novelty thing but no way I would buy anymore.
