online county maps?

Many counties and municipal districts in Alberta have their own websites. There is usually a downloadable county map from those sites, almost always as a PDF file. The files are big and a fast computer with a high speed connection is a good idea. Google the county you are interested in and look for the map.

There is (was) a mapping application available through SRD that showed all the lease lands in the province, but you had to zoom in fairly close to find them - it connected to a list with contact info. It was fine if you knew where you wanted to hunt, but if you were just searching around it was a bit of a PITA, in that case the county maps are better by far.
