I’m not too far from the RCMP office in Ontario, this might be the best bet,
Getting through on the phone right now is hopeless,
they don’t even ask you to leave a message or anything, they just say “unavailable, try later”…
What a freaking joke
 
Or make a transaction with a local gun club, you pay a fee but forget about the hussle of transfer. It makes it much easier for yourself and the buyer. Consignment is the best way to go. Anyhow you ask what you want plus 20 percent which normally what the dealer keeps.
