ONT New restricted transfer wait times??

Order placed June 20th and still in progress. I’m not complaining but I’m hopeful the wait times aren’t going to increase again.

Come to realize now the transfer was completed within 24 hours and the store just either missed it or misplaced after speaking with the CFO. Should receive my new pistol tomorrow so I’m pretty happy camper.

Why did you need an STATT? Do you not already have the ATT conditions on your license?
 
Are transfers still happening relatively quickly?
Anyone recently get their first restricted and have any idea how long it's taking in Ontario atm for a first?
 
I can't comment on first sale wait times, but I purchased my G19X on a Saturday and my approval came in the following Friday by noon. So roughly 4.5 ish days.

Not bad.
I talked to someone else to put in his transfer for a restricted 3 weeks ago to the Ontario CFO. Still nothing.
Anyone else have transfers in the last 1-2 weeks get approved? Any new restricted owners in Canada with timelines?

I think I'm just going to go buy some non restricteds so I don't feel as bad about waiting.. sigh. Lol.
 
24-48hrs here... which is very surprising... last one I got the transfer approval ONE MINUTE before their office closes... so obviously couldn't call and ask for a STATT on the same day.. boo.

This whole archaic phoning-in system has to fking go.
 
Anyone aware of a new extension for the Ontario CFO office?
The 4-digit extension starting with 7 and ending in 3 seems to have been disconnected as of today. Used the extension a couple of times in the last few weeks, and all of a sudden it now says that mailbox is no longer in service or something.

PM me if anyone has their current contact information. Seems so weird that there's literally no way to get in touch with your CFO.

Great, you broke the CFO, way to go! And on the same week as my first restricted purchase. Sheesh.
 
UPDATE:

Transfer 2 of 3 got approved today! That's 6 days total, and it's my first restricted purchase.

Odd though, as my first transfer may not have been approved yet (reached out to Wanstalls - will see what they say, but this is still much faster than I expected so I'm happy) but I hear this may be semi-regular depending who it got assigned to? Will update on the others when I hear!
 
Even better, Al Flaherty's got it shipped off before cutoff time and it'll be here tomorrow around noon. I'm ecstatic. My PAL showed up today too so hey, I'm not breakin' the law!
First to arrive will be my P226 Legion DA/SA... and then the Glock 19, and finally (due to some hold ups that held up my transfer from starting) my Wilson Combat Recon Tactical AR..

I really need to get me a range membership ASAP. Not sure if I can wait until Oct. 20 to join EESA..
