Order placed June 20th and still in progress. I’m not complaining but I’m hopeful the wait times aren’t going to increase again.

Same here. Did a private transfer this week. Getting the STATT was the hard part. Sat on hold for an hour and then got disconnected. Thankfully the person that I was talking to actually called me back!!
Why did you need an STATT? Do you not already have the ATT conditions on your license?
Anyone aware of a new extension for the Ontario CFO office?
The 4-digit extension starting with 7 and ending in 3 seems to have been disconnected as of today. Used the extension a couple of times in the last few weeks, and all of a sudden it now says that mailbox is no longer in service or something.
PM me if anyone has their current contact information. Seems so weird that there's literally no way to get in touch with your CFO.
