ONT New restricted transfer wait times??

Transfer number 5935### from June 9 and I just checked with Tenda but they said they haven’t received approval notice…

Sorry newbie here. I knew the first part - that it can be picked up by you; or shipped by vendor to you after approval.

But for the registration certificate AND the .0002 reprint of his PAL - does one need to take any action; or is it done automatically?
Not even sure - what the reprint of the PAL is tbh.
And what is the approx timeline?
 
If it is a switch in license from PAL to RPAL,that new license will be the reprint with a new number designation that reflect how many possession licenses you have had.
That's what the 002 represents for someone who is getting their first new license after their original.
If you already had RPAL there wouldn't be a reprint/new license.

Look at the fine print in post #1156 where he states it’s his first restricted so he doesn’t have automatic ATT privileges yet to pick it up at the point of purchase.

The poster in post #1157 gave the correct answer.

I see. Yes, already have the RPAL. Just got it in October. Waiting for the handguns to arrive.

Transfer start: Oct 18th - 6053### and onwards.

141 days and According to the Google Doc, should be processed. But here we are, days after, and still no email from the CFO. Anyone else have an idea of how long the CFO paperwork takes in Slowtario after the RCMP passes the approval through ???

17-Jun 2022 - 5941*** - APPROVED TODAY - 7-Nov 2022.
23-Jun 2022 - 5956*** - still waiting.
12-Aug 5998*** - still waiting.

If approved, I got my gun registration paperwork in a couple of weeks via mail.
You need to confirm your gun was approved. Go to the RCMP online personal portal and check your restricteds.
If not, email the ON CFO and ask them about it. It may have been missed. Be polite.
 
How to verify your restricted firearms?

Using the RCMP website online portal, is there any other way to verify your restricted firearms other than going most of the way through applying for an ATT and using that process to see what firearms can be added to the ATT request?
I’ve seen the spread sheet that shows Ontario business to private. Wondered if this accurately predicts private to private?

AFAIK, only the roundabout method of checking firearms via the ATT is available.
The spreadsheet probably is not accurate for private to private transfers.
 
Hey everyone! new member here. I've been following this thread for months to help gauge how long I'd be waiting for my TN's. Great news! after 4months and 3weeks my first TN arrived today.

June.22nd Ref# 5947### - Received Nov.10th

5954### June.27 - Pending
5969### July.15 - Pending
5976### July.26 - Pending

Hope this is even remotely helpful at this point. Appreciate this thread. it really kept me going!

Thank you for your advice. 152 days from June 16th transfer, the firearm showed up on my registered list today.

Now we just need the paperwork.
 
Quebec CFO went through with paperwork today. Still waiting for Ontario to go through. To and for transfers. A swap. Transfers from last week of June. Got to speak to a person today. She said not to worry. Just wait. Too overwhelmed. Sorry. QC CFO came through on the 14th. I just saw it today. Mustve missed it. One from ON to QC got done. Not the other one from QC to ON
