Received my additonal tags but not the main draw dag ? (which is pretty much garanteed) also got the ole moose calf tag but that's no problem because one of our moose gang members got his Bull Tag.
no matter, i'm hoping this 150 class is still around and i get him before he breaks the kicker off his right G2..... this is while we're having lunch about 75 yards away at my camp on my property.

can"t find the pics with the kicker on the back of his right G2 or the pic i have of him with his right G2 broken right off about a week or two later then this.
I don't think he will break 150.
he will this year....... is what i was meaning. saw him in the beans a couple of days ago behind the house, haven't a trail cam pic of him yet but i'm pretty sure it's him because he has a small kicker off his rt G2 like last year just not as long. we'll see what happens.
WTF is up with these new tags though. MNR claimed to be saving money on hiring an american company to print them but my moose license came with two tag portions one totally blank. I guess we are supposed to print whatever we want on this portion with our laser printers eh ? I cannot believe they are saving any money just making it easier for people to get charged for not having all these extra papers in his pocket.

Look again, its got your name and address on it. They had to print it somewhere (for the envelope) so they just used the same printer/paper as the license.
63A, 2-3 guys dry for 4 yrs. We got 0ne doe tag for this fall.
As has been noted, this WMU got hit pretty hard about 5 winters back and tags have been hard to come by since. Deer populations are very slowly crawling back ( at least from what we have observed in a limited area) but at least we can hunt.
