Ontario Bear Outfitters

A good friend of mine and I are looking into a Fall bear hunt, do any of you have any experience with Bear Outfitters in Northern ( ish) Ontario? We are looking for an outfitters with established bait sites and a reasonable place to stay. We plan to cook our own meals to hopefully save money. If a CGNer owns or operates an Outfitting service even better.

What should I be looking for and what should I avoid, we aren't looking for enormous bears just a reasonable chance at a good meat bear or two.

Go to the NOTO site. They'll list lots of outfitters and the areas they operate out of.

I started my moose hunting at this camp. The father catered to the Americans every year for bear. The father pasted away and the son in law runs it now. Not a fancy place but his camp would take a lot of bear each year.
