Ontario Hunters Education Course Manual

Hi folks, I just ordered and paid for a Ontario Hunters Education Course (OHEC) Manual via download from ONTARIO FIREARMS SAFETY ACADEMY. When I follow the instructions and download the file, it is empty. Does anyone know how to successfully download this file ?

Cant help you with the download, but ive got the book you can have for free if you are anywhere near Port Perry.

Got books, both Hunting and Firearms safety. We are here in north Brampton/ east Caledon by Gore Rd and King Rd. PM if you are around that, no problem but give them back when you are done.

Thanks for the offers, I appreciate that...unfortunately I'm in Eastern Ontario, near Ottawa, so I will have to pass. I've had a tech look at my computer, the problem is definitely on the other end, there is no download file. We tried various browsers, again no luck.
