Ontario Hunting License Question

If you have a licence from another province, state, whatever, you don't even need to take the course or write the test.

I dream one day that everyone read the regs

I was also asked if I took the CFSC or challenged the exam when asking if I could just attend the hunting portion of the one-stop course.

Why add unnecessary barriers to getting new hunters into the sport!?!

Well thats obvious...
If you ask only to do HALF of a one-stop course because you already have a PAL, I'd ask for proof too!

But you should be able to take a hunting ONLY course, no PAL required.

Sorry, I was referring to just buying a hunting licence.

Christ, you have to read the damn thing every year since they are always changing something. The confusion by many hunters is justified IMHO.

My moose hunting party doesn't even bother reading the regs on applying for a tag, and group sizes and pool 1 and pool 2. I just tell them what they have to do.
