well, I can tell you exactly, what the deal is....
my club took 4 weeks to send it in, the CFO told me when she got it, then it took eher about 4 days to mail it out ( to a guy on my club's board) then it took him 3 weeks to get it to my club, all in all ..... it took 2 months and 3 days.
TOTALLY unacceptable. it was NOT the CFO holding it up. the process of having OUR clubs involved in OUR ATT's is what causes the delays. It is absolutely rediculous. Then it turns out I got a one year ATT (because that is what MY club asked for) - I confirmed with the CFO taht it doesn't matter that I ask for like a 5 year, it matters what my CLUB asks for - STUPID)
By the way, the CFO does not mind you calling to inquire as to how your ATT is comming along, there is one gal in Orilia, who takes care of the ATT's, and they DO keep you informed.... told me when it was mailed out etc. then I followed up with my club etc.
they do NOT put your ATT app on the bottom of the pile if you call.
