Ontario Moose tag Transfer

Has anyone had to transfer a tag yet??
We have the bad luck that the tag holder can not go,the tag has 2 numbers a M # and a Validation #. But we can not find the alternate members #. Our tags have no numbers on them??

Thanks, It seems that the tags are screwed up the number of the alt is on the validated tag, but none of our tags have any number to match it.

Apparently either the MNR or the new American printer failed and did not print or request to be printed the alternate number on the tags. (Did you notice the USPS post mark on the envelope?)

I don't know anything more than that. I'll be speaking to out main man tomorrow and will report what he has found out - if nobody comes forward first.

Yes we did notice the Zip code 37214 which is Nashville Tennessee, they must Know more about our system than anyone in Canada!
We will try to get info tomorrow also.If we can actually talk to someone.

No surprise to me that they f**ked this up.

I called the MNR yesterday and they have sent out letters to the original tag holder and the alternate, informing them of the screw up. They were mailing them yesterday. Sit tight.
