They are surprisingly accurate. The sights are fixed but they put the rounds right where you aim it. They are also easy to disassemble and clean. If I could buy one I would.

"If I could buy one I would." The 229 has been availiable in Canada for awhile now in both .40 and 9mm. Granted it has a bit of a barrel extension but is not that much longer. I have two in 9mm and will probably pick up one in .40 because with a simple barrel change you can also shoot .357 sig.
