Ontario Spring Bear Hunt - any info?

So they've announced an Ontario spring bear hunt for 2014. All I've been able to see is that it'll be available around some of the near-northern cities like perhaps Sudbury and Timmins. Has anyone seen any other details like dates, how to get tags, etc?
 
I posted this on 1/16 w no responses:

The latest I found was from November, saying the "special hunt" was proposed for 2 years in WMU 13, 14, 29, 30, 36, 41 and 42 from May 1 to June 15th. I found some other info that showed each municipality had to OPT into the program, and as of Dec 13, not a lot had. Now I can't find that page either. I hunt in 41 and would like to know if anyone has any up to date information about the status of this season.

Again, this is a "special hunt", not a spring hunt, centered around the areas of dense population to reduce nuisance bears. I did see the other thread on here that turned into a citiot discussion....

I think the season is a go in most areas offered

Good to see they've got the bear season coinciding with black fly season :). Hopefully there'll be some news from the MNR soon so we can start planning.
