I've emailed the company and I think they're doing their best to keep me in the loop, but at what point do I become worried and make more phone calls??

It is, but what might that solve? It's my first and don't have a STATT either.

It being your first is the issue. Don't think there is 'faster' for a first timer. Suspect it's worse if you aren't a full club member too.
The STATT should be dealt with by the shop. Lets you take it home and nothing else.

I think your dealer is giving you the runaround. When they approve a transfer for a dealer, they just press send and it automatically goes to the dealer. When I buy off a dealer, I just tell them I also need an att, and it comes in at the same time. Last time I bought a handgun at Epp's I had a message on my answering machine to come and pick it up by the time I got home to Barrie, that's about 30 minutes.
