OOOPPPPS trimmed my cases too short?

.308 cases could be as short as 1.095" and still be within SAAMI specifications. Most bottleneck cases seem to have a minimum length .020" shorter than maximum if you look at the drawings on the SAAMI website. I assume that reloading manuals are simply specifying a trim length in the middle of the range.
 
I bet if you were to measure some factory ammo once it's been fired, several of them will be less than 2.005. Quite a few of my Nosler Accubond spent shells that I now use for loading were short, some as short as 1.997. For run of the mill shooting I'd definitely go with them but when I'm developing a load I'm OCD to the point where they're all trimmed to the same length.

1.095 . . . would that be a "No Neck No Shoulder"?

Even the 44 Auto Mag is not that short!
 
Look down to realize should trim my toenails. Hate it when the toenails are trimmed too short, hurts, man.

Seat a bullet, can you even tell the 2.002 vs 2.005
 
It shouldn't be a problem. If you seat your bullets way out, then you may have to consider how much neck grip you have on the bullet but if your mag well only allows generally not much more than 2.8" COL then it really shouldn't matter at all. Load 'em and fire 'em!
