Made up some test rounds, Found what I was looking for before I got all the way through my test loads. Now I have to break out the "DUMMY PULLER", All I have to resize the neck is my F/L sizer die(RCBS) If I adjust my F/L die to neck size and adjust the decapping pin so it doesn't remove the primer, is it still sizing the inside of the neck properly? Thanks!!!

If you use a kinetic bullet puller (hammer type) there is no need to resize the case, just re-throw the powder and seat the bullet.

If this is done, my experience is that the case neck inside diameter has been made just a tiny bit bigger. Which means there is less restriction for the bullet leaving the case. Therefore, the case pressure is somewhat less.

In my case of doing this, I found the accuracy fell off somewhat.

Cheers

I agree, it does work, but it leaves a bit to be desired.
