opening duck and goose?

I live in Kingston and usually hunt Odessa area, thought I read that opening duck was 24th and migratory was 25th???
Was JUST told that a cousin of mine (pretty much only guy i hunt with) has been out quite a few times already.... what were the proper dates for opening?
pretty pissssed off right now that ive missed so much already

If you're in #4 then Duck opens the 25th and Goose opens/ed the 9th or 25th depending on where you're hunting.

9th to 19th Sept. Pre-season goose only.
25 Sept. Duck and goose regular season opens.
