My wife gave some daisy splatter target and they are fun to shoot but not sure how long they'll take to decompose if they ever do.

So that got me thinking, how about making my own reactive target out of dog biscuit dough.

It a target, a dog treat and when shot at in the woods/range it will be food for bird

What do you all think

I cut 3 slots(2 blades wide) in a 2x4 and put crackers from the dollar store in the slots for my daughter to shoot at. If you have the room make a few that are two feet long and put them at different distances. Great off season practice for offhand shooting and cheap to do.

Clays~good question. I recently bought some Champion "biodegradable" clay pigeons, and tested them on the weekend. Sort of tan-colored on the edges/back. Haven't decided if I like them, but they're tougher than normal clays. I always pick-up what I can (=missed birds) but allot of these ate a few pellets and never broke at all. lol Lawry's are my favorites (made in Ontario) but they're not common to find anymore.
