I would like to buy a CZ 75B 9mm to be my first hand gun,any opinions for this gun ? good or bad commemts will welcome or any suggestions for me to buy another gun around this price ? I am going to shoot it about 600 rounds a month, is this gun o.k for contest ? thanks!!!

I just bought a CZ75B, I haven't fired a shot yet (Sunday I hope)
Anyway, I previously owned a CZ75 and loved it... why did I sell it? Not really sure.

Great guns, especially if you have small hands.

City Hunter, it's a great choice. You'll find it's an excellent gun for the moola. You may want to spend a few bucks on a Hogue monogrip for it too, if you're looking for accessories.

CZ is a fantastic lower priced gun - accurate, reliable, easy to use. It is a far better gun than price would suggest.
If you want to spend more try HK USP or Sig

I have little to add that hasn't been said. CZ75s and CZ75Bs are large military/police pistols and they were great bargains a few years ago. I paid $350 (US) for my CZ75, $249 (US) for my CZ75B, and $210 (US) for my Kadet Conversion KIT with a spare magazine. I am honest when I say I prefer CZs to Sigs. Regards, Richard :D

especially if you're thinking IPSC down the road, get the decocker and save yourself some worry and trigger pressure in competition ;) It's only few bucks extra:

I thought the decocker added trigger weight?

Am I wrong here?
