Opinion: JAE 100 Stock in Canada

I'm still waiting for mine... damn! ;)

Did you have a chance to fire the rifle with the new chassis/stock?

If so, did you notice a gain in accuracy or "steadyness"?

My two cents:

The Jae-100 stock is with out a doubt the best stock available for your m14.

The customer service from Lisa at J.ALLEN.ENTERPRISES is exceptional. Your experience with this product and the company will amaze you. Phone lisa and she will explain the product in great detail and will even phone you later just to talk Guns! how cool is that?

My advice,
dont buy one,
buy FOUR!!!

Just my advice though.

Just woundering how this stock is compared to the sage? looking at getting both.

The JAE is a far more comfortable a stock in my opinion, I am not a big fan of sharp edges and the cold feel of aluminum however.
Being able to adjust every part of the JAE is also a nice touch, especially if you are not average build.

Greentips, please please, let it go and so will the rest of us.
I believe being sued was more in lines due to slanderous derogatory comments simular to what you just posted. He's moved on with life ,you need to also please.

The discussion is the JAE stock.

If someone writes the forbidden buisness name feel free to star it out or whatever, but please leave the negative comments out. This is so OLD.

I gotta agree with this, the constant childish bashing and mudslinging of a dealer who you chose to have an issue with, about a year ago, regardless of whether it was deserved or not seems to be getting rather lame, especially given the fact that all we have to go on is 1 side of the dispute.
I KNOW I have never seen any opportunity given, for him to defend his position or present his side of the story. I know, it doesn't matter it is YOUR forum, you can be God and decree anyone to be banned, but that does not mean the person ceases to exist or be spoken of.
No matter how much this guy irritated you or offended you, you still have to realise, he is a player, and it seems, becoming quite a serious player, in a very small culture.
I think all of the negative attention you keep piling on this guys business has likely been the best advertising he could have received, and for free.
I also think, to try and deprive the members of this forum, valueable information on who has what in a country sparse on suppliers of specialty items is absurd!

As LRC says Please move on.
The thread was on JAE stocks
Sorry for the hijack guys.

That could accurate..He'll be at the gun show on the weekend & I'll be checking out his new inventory :p

I think the JAE is almost perfect & like my M14 mentor told me the other day, it doesn't come with a scope rail!!!

Funny, he didn't have any problem paying me considerably more than that.;)

BTW, GT, where are your advertising prices quoted?

I've had one dealing with him. I approached HIM about a JAE stock. He continue to keep me informed about the status, gave a good indication of the cost, before arrival and ETA. When they came in, I was notified, plainly told what was there, how many, and cost. NO pressure. Once I had made MY decision, and sent the EMT, my stock was here in five days.

I don't know what the previous problems were, nor do I care, as I was treated with knowledge and respect, throughout the transaction. I intend on dealing with Rick, as I see fit. My single transaction, has left me feeling pretty good.

Yet it seems perfectly alright with the CGN admins, for employees to advertise covertly for their "big box" employers, who are not paying as dealers.
Read some of the signature lines on the pages.
"Wholesale Sports#1" for example

I have a JAE100 and love it!
The scale tips like this:
Norc m305 rifle
ARMS 18 mount
ARMS Hi Ring (Low on Order, scope sits too high for my liking)
Leupold Mark 4 3.5-10x40mm LR/T M3 replica (for the money, great scope!)
20/5 Round mag
JAE100 Stock

Comes to a total of 14lbs 4 ozs

No trouble dealing when I got the stock, excellent to deal with. The stock is amazing, locks the rifle in like it is forged together.

Steve I was only using your signature line as an example, so don't get your diaper in a knot.
But it does seem like inconsistant standards to me.
