i own 4....affordable, accurate, fun, some people look down their noses at them, but they are usually either bigots or pissy cause your gun shoots just as good as the one that they spent 3 to 4 times on..
that being said, i did (dehorn) and refinish my blued models,they have sharp edges from the factory
my buddy has two not de horned, and he hasnt cut himself..... yet! lol
best part about owning one, if you do decide to sell it you will get most if not all of your money back!

I'm over 5,000 200 grain semi wadcutters through mine and 1,000 230 gr hollowpoints - all reloads, no issues. The Armco tuning takes care of all of the 'rough edges' you hear about, and is about what we used to have to do with $1100 Colt 1911's in the '80's before we shot them (extractor tuning, feed ramp and throat polish and trigger job- excellent trigger by the way-, and snugging up the rails). Given a choice between an out of the box new Para, and an Armco Norc, I'd take the Norc every time. It's the only 5100 series steel frame on the market, and the hard chrome on the barrel is excellent..
