Opinion on this rifle?

Is illustrative of difference - Europe to N/A. - In Europe, put that together by anyone and would have to be run through a gov't proof house to sell it to a consumer - 125% overload above standard pressure - with no permanent measureable deformities. And then it gets a gov't stamp on it to show it passed proof - barrel, receiver and bolt. To my knowledge, never was a requirement in USA or Canada. Anyone can screw anything together and sell it. Was a concern I had about a STIGA chambered for 30-06 - is built on a Swede M96 type receiver - could have originally been an M94 - material has been removed from behind the lower bolt locking area to allow the length of 30-06 to fit - has various Danish proof marks - as explained on this site, that is the evidence that the rifle will continue to take factory level pressures for its life time - I now have no concern what it was made from ...
