To give you a little history, I had a friend do some reloads for me with once fired brass. He has done this for years and these loads were not at the top end by any means. While hunting this year, one of the gang looked at one of my fired reload casings and thought I'd better get the gun checked for safety reasons. I'm not a reloader and up until now, just used factory rounds and never paid much attention to the casings. Anyhow, I then checked some once fired cases (Winchester Fail Safe) and noticed the same thing. Do you guys think the bulge in these cases are extreme?
