Opinions on 10/22 build

The little .22LR round can do much better that most give it credit for... and there are far better barrels that the TacSol.
 
Well just thought I'd follow through with this thread. I have installed a 16.5 inch fluted stainless Green Mountain barrel coveredin gun cote, Revolution stock and an extended mag release - all from Bits of Pieces in Vancouver. It already had an aftermarker sear and hammer.

I will put picture up shortly. It looks pretty neat...I looks like a real shorty. Hope to pick up a scope today and do some test firing. Too cold to go outside so my range report will be a 20 yard one... I might need to get a better scope mounting option than the rail that came with the gun originally. maybe a dlask...

Well didn't get to the range but here she is. Obviously the red dot is on it's way out as soon as I get a better scope.
