Opinions on Browning Abolt IIs

Every gun has its merits and I hate so called know it alls who run down other peoples stuff.When people make stupid statements it really discredits what they have said..Worst engineering ,,my gosh.Hate to be his dog if it #### on the grass.

The mag set up is quite simple,

Either make it a detachable magazine OR a hinged floorplate, but why both?

something that has never failed me in 14 years I can see it is bad engineering...

I replace over 75 broken magazine retention clips yearly in Abolts, to me that IS bad engineering, you seem to either be very careful, lucky or never use you gun, I don't know which.

The japs do not know ####...My honda lawnmower is light years behind a briggs and scrap iron smoke up the neighbourhood type..My honda waterpumps always give trouble,sometimes will not start until the second pull and my honda quads are terrible

Where did this come from?? Been sniffing too much gas lately? Personally I think very highly of Japanese products, and own many of them including a LARGE number of Japanese made firearms.

What engineering marvels do you shoot anyways so some experts can run them down as well?

Mostly Sakos , Remingtons, Winchesters or actions I build myself, I do believe however this was a poll on Abolts, and as I understand it , was asking for opinions on Abolts. I stated MY opinion, if it differs from yours , Well thats life :mrgreen:
