Hello,

I want to hear from anyone who owns or has fired the browning xbolt. Anything good or bad. I'm looking at getting one for deer. Any and all info is welcome. Thank you

I have never owned an Xbolt, I have however fired one.... it is a high quality piece of gear.... bolt cycles nice and I really like teh xbolt scope mounting system.... one problem... the design is really ugly in my opinion.... so I would say if you can live with the looks of the rifle then go for it....

I'm at work and have a crappy internet connection so I can't search (keeps dropping). How long is everyone waiting to see their application online from confirmed delivery? I'm at 10 business days now. I know it's 28-45 (or more) days anyway but one of my references had a phone number change so I need time to get him to call in.

There is also the .308, 30:06, 300 winmag and many others.
It depends on what you really want to spend and what other game animals you which to persue.
Any of the mentioned choices will do you fine.
Tight Groups,
Rob

I will also be hunting moose next year but I was thinking on getting a different rifle all together. Such as a 30 06 or .308
