opinions on powders for 7mm-08 139 sst bullet will be used

H4350 is an easy to tune powder with good accuracy, I use for my target loads in 7-08 , W760 also works and gets good velocity, this I use in my hunting loads but it is a ball powder and may be subject to temperature changes.
 
i wanted to try varget but am not able to find any locally. i have h4350 but cant seem to find any loading data on it only imr 4350. i picked up imr4064 so i guess i will start with that. i am wondering what data you have for h4350
 
IMR 4064 works really well in my 7mm-08
I'm getting over 2900 fps with a near-max load. Bullet seated .010 off the lands. Sierra BTSP 140 gr bullet.
This load consistantly groups well under 1"

Try the Hodgdon site. http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp H4350 is the fastest powder listed. Start load of 47gr and max of 50gr COAL 2.8".
