Opinions on Taurus 24/7 Pro

Hi,

I'm seriously considering getting a Taurus 24/7 pro. The price is $575 (which is acceptable). However the seller (retailer here in town & a good guy) has indicated his only issues is getting parts and their customer service.

Anyone have other thoughts on it?

For that kind of money I don't know why someone would choose it over a Glock. I surely wouldn't.

Having said that, I am confident that Freedom Ventures will be able to support the product.

Nothing's wrong with Taurus or wanting something a little different! Unless you're planning to shoot 10K a year I wouldn't worry too much about customer service. I had 2 Taurus guns and never had any problems with them.

24/7 is more ergonomic than a Glock and will fit people with smaller hands better.

I have one and love it !, Shoots great and fits my hand perfectly. No issues with it at all. I have another Taurus (had it for years) and again, no issues.

looks like a decent pistol but parts WILL be a problem later. Price is good though.
did you try any others? maybe better to wait...
