Was looking around to add a heavy barrel shooter to the collection and came across a Ruger KM77VT in .22-250, 26 inch pipe, stainless, laminated stock. It's in "like new" condition.
Was wondering what the consensus is on these rifles? Are they normally good shooters and what would you think one is worth? I did a search for a new ones for sale but couldn't find any. It's a little heavier than I was looking for but if it's a deal I could look past that. Opinions?

Cheers

Perhaps I should have put this under precision rifles?...

I have two... they are very well made rifles... both of mine were sub-MOA before I started work on them... value in excellent condition would be around $700-$800... but I found one of mine for $600 in like new condition which was a steal...

I have one in 308 Win and love it! Pleasure to shoot on the range. Nice trigger and it is a shooter.

Good to hear because I pulled the trigger (so to speak) and bought it. Was looking for a .243 but what the heck. Haven`t owned a 22-250 yet...
