Opinions on the Steyr M40 A1

Hi lads,

Just acquired a nearly new Steyr M40-A1 and would like some feedback on this pistol while I'm waiting for the powers that be to button up the transfer. I've never owned a tupperware firearm,but have handled plenty of Glocks and the odd Walther. I wanted something a little different to take to the range and I was kinda drawn to this particular pistol.Any opinions or tips would be great.

Great pistol! I had an M40A1 but was unable to keep it The sights take a little time to get use too. Really nice grip angle, take down is simple like a glock. Recoil feels light because of the low bore axis. Parts and mags are hard to find, my advice is buy any mag you can get your hands on. Good choice, you'll be happy with it.

Ive owned two, both were awesome guns , I did change the sights over to three dot night sights
