Anyone out there have any experience with one of these Vortex. All other reviews that I have seen have been pretty positive, just thought I would put it out there and see what fellow CGNer's have to say. Looking to scope a 30-06 with it, have been using Leupold for the most part but the price of these is tempting. Thanks in advance.

I have a 4-12x40AO Diamondback on my .22LR gopher gun and like it. Good glass for the price. I'm happy with it.
As for comparing it to Leupold what series of Leupold are you comparing it to? For my eyes a Diamondback isn't able to hold its own with a VX-II or anything above that. I haven't looked through any of Leupold's cheaper options.

Amazing glass and an even better guarantee. What is there not to like? I have a 3-9x40 on my 30-06, a 4-12x40 on my .223 and a Viper 6.5-20x50 somewhere in the mail going onto my 300 Weatherby. (Hurry up Canada Post.....)
