Ok so looking to take the next step
Reaching out further
Going 223
Choice is and price tag is not the point
Axis stainless 223 all reports hits where your aiming but stock feels cheapy
Or Savage 11 stainless bulkier but what about accuracy
opinions,it will be a bench shooter not hunting

If those are your 2 choices I'd go with the 11 with Accutrigger and Accustock. It is an all-around better rifle than the Axis, the stock is stiffer, especially if it has the Accustock, the bolt is smoother and lighter on the lift, the trigger is lighter. Or you can get the Model 12 FV without the Accustock but a heavy barrel for around the same price.

I think the Axis is hideous, so it would automatically be out. Nothing wrong with the Savage 11's.

Hard to go wrong with a 700 if you want to mod it.

T3 if you don't.

And if you want a value setup maybe a new
Vangaurd, or Marlin.

I would with the model 11, definitely a step up.
