OPPORTUNITY CLOSED - 124g 9mm Group Buy Opportunity in the GVDR - $257/1000

PM sent. I may be able to help. I just re-read the thread and it's in Maple Ridge. I am close by.

Not one to gripe (too much), but I have emailed you a few times and you have not responded.

$600 of mine and a friend's cash is in your bank for about a month.

Seriously, you did a group ammo buy for 30 cases of 9mm.

You were going to pick up 30K+ rounds of 9mm but don't have a vehicle???

The whole point you presented was John Parsons lives "down the street" and this would be easy.

So you were sent $9K in CGN member's cash and now we hear "I honestly did not think it would get this difficult. The person I was leaning on is out of town and not back until next week."

The point being, you should not have taken $9K in CGN members money and have no plan... (and a backup).

Sorry for the honest evaluation of the situation, but I am sure others feel the same way.

This is almost starting to look like a scam (sorry CGN mods, no offense). I see why group buys suck...........

Perhaps you can let John know the names on the orders and we can pick up ourselves.

I can drive to Maple Ridge tomorrow.

In my early communications with Cam ( Mr. Friendly ) I never had cause to believe It was a scam. Cam seemed like a very enthusiastic individual but possibly a tad inexperienced in these issues. Having said that, I will relate my experience.

06-20...conveyed by PM my order for 1 K.
06-21...posted my confirmation of my order
06-23..less than 20 boxes had been sold
06-24... 22 of the 30 boxes had been sold
06-27...all 30 boxes were sold
06-28..too many orders were taken/oversold thought he had 40 reserved even though on the 27th he said all 30 were sold.
07-03... I was informed I did not get one of the boxes as all were sold out. ???
07-06... I was offered a box as someone had backed out. ....... I declined due to the bad vibes I had about the deal.

You can draw your own conclusions. These are my observations and experiences. Cheers.

Hey Everyone, CRS has the money, I just haven't been able to arrange a pick up.

My friend with the vehicle was onboard with the project (even bought ammo) and then he's stopped responding to my messages, which has left this as it is.

With another friend we did attempt a pick up, you can ask Cheryl at CRS, but we were caught up in thick traffic and she couldn't stay late, so that didn't work out either.

so I am sorry to be the cause of some disappointment, but I'm trying and pretty sure we'll have it all this week so we can start getting it out to you all. :)

Holy s*it, just read this thread, cuz i was curious why it kept getting mileage.
Sure sounds fishy, but then why does the guy keep going with it?
Does anyone here know this guy in person?

be my guest and call Cheryl at CRS, Jason.

she will confirm the ammo is paid for and awaiting pick up.

she'll also confirm that a pick up was cancelled because we were going to be late and she couldn't stay due to obligations.

A friendly word of advice, when you step up and offer an opportunity, you are the lead. When it goes south, you wear it.

Politely put, I think you should take a day off of work and hire a car and pick up the ammo. Inform all who have trusted you with their hard earned money, at each and every step, and close the transaction as a priority Any additional costs associated with the transaction you eat. Welcome to the world of responsibility and being an upstanding individual.

Your reputation is close to being permanently tarnished, action positively and with some degree of urgency.

Candocad.
