Optic for my Shotgun

I am looking for a optic for my benelli. Which one do you guys recommend. Doesn't have to be fancy, it just has to work. I was looking at Vortex Sparc and the Bushnell TRS.

What do you guys recommend?

The Holosun line-up seems to be pretty darn good for being Aimpoint knockoffs with an eotech style reticle! Very well reviewed. I just mounted my holosun 515CU model on my PM5. Haven't used it yet on the shotty, but I really liked it on my XCR-L. Can wait to test it out on clays and birds!

The 515CU came with a short and tall spacer as well as a QD mount.

I use eotech on mine but I'm sure there are smaller options. I still prefer the reticle over others.

You didn't mention which Benelli. I have an M2 with a Burris Fastfire on it. It's nice and small, works great and has less "stuff" around the dot.

I have a vortex Venom red dot on on mine, seems to be doing the job for 1/2 price of the eotech.

I have just put a bushnell trs25 on my m4. Sighted in with slugs. I don't think you can get a better bang for your buck red dot sight.

I recently put a ScalarWorks mount (from Rampart) and an RMR on my shortie M4. I'm quite pleased with the result. The red dot does co-witness as it sits just on top of the front post and offers a very fast, low profile, sight picture. There's a pic below that shows the dot, it's off slightly (cell phone pic) but it'll give you an idea. I'd recommend this as the way to go for a red dot on a Benelli M4.
