I decided to post this question in the AR section, since its mostly AR guys uses this set up.

How far or near do you mount your Red dot between your 3x magnifier. (to be more specific, Eotech XPS2 and Eotech G33 mag.)
do you still have a room for your BUIS? and do I need a spacer for the magnifier to accomodate the BUIS. thnaks

Spacer is only necessary with older magpul sights...

In your pic, the magnifier used the 7mm riser? So the new magpul rear sight will still fit under unraised magnifier,Thanks
 
I want to use this setup on my AR too (Tavor also). I think it's one of the most versatile setup you can get.

Where did you get your G33?
 
I have the same setup, but I have ARMS 40L back-up sights. In order to make it work and not use a riser, I just trimmed the rubber housing on the amp with a dremel tool and smoothed it out. I find that this gives a nice co-witness between your two sights, which lends to a consistant cheek weld. I also mounted my sight and amp 2 rail slots apart so that I could still manipulate the buttons on the rear of my sight unimpeded. Having said that, my optic (not my amp) is much further forward than the above pic, which I prefer for field of view reasons. I really like this combo for everything from CQB to 300m engagements, although I'm sure it would do well further than that if groupings were not as important. One thing about the amp is that I find you can see the 'pixels' in the EoTech holographic reticle when it is engaged.
