I got a muzzleloader last boxing day and it's time to set it up.

I have a 3-9 american marksman scope with this reticule.
and a 2-7 Freedom with the hunt-plex
All my shots so far were 20y, 75, and 100y. I predict it'll be the same, with the craziest being 200y across a field.
I don't know how bad a 250gr 50 cal bullet drops yet, but I imagine its more than the 308 and thus the 3-9 should go on the muzzle loader so I can have some reference drop marks and keep the 2-7 on my 308 ruger since worst case, I just aim 2" high. I always walk around with these on the lowest power.
What do you think? Makes sense? Im sure the weights on both are similar enough to not matter.
