Optic recommendation for AR Platform

I have a Millett 1-4x24mm DMS-1 Black (has illuminated donut but I never used it)

A little on the heavy side but clear glass for that low price (300$)

I have a Millet DPMS and the Bushnell AR. DPMS was $215USD and the Bushnell was about $125USD. (Bought on sale.)

I have used both a lot in CQB and both have worked well. DPMS has an option of illuminated reticle. I have never tried it.

OP requested a sight that doesn't use batteries. He also requested a sight you could bet your life on. There is nothing in his price range that one could bet their life on.

I agree that I wouldn't bet my life on $350 optic either.... but better than nothing, and I would bet my life on irons... so as long as I have QD, I am good.

Also... a spitfire with no batteries in it - doesn't use batteries.... however, I agree with TV-PressPass in comment 18.

I take the requirements as he wants an optic that does not use batteries at all and something he can bet his life on for $350. Nothing exists that fit those criteria.

OP would do better with a good set of irons - 110 yards doesn't need an optic, or at least, if it does it doesn't need magnification, or a complex reticle. If you can't identify a target, don't shoot it.
