Optic / Ring combo for 10/22 VLEH

I'll be getting a Ruger 10/22 tactical 10/22 VLEH 1230 Black Hogue® OverMolded® around mid january / feb (depending on stock availability) and I would like to put a scope on it to learn the basics and advanced shooting mechanics and get the most of the ruger

The only requirements I have really are that I want (not need, but WANT) a sun shade, yes, it's for the looks, I'm allowed, it's my money ! haha. Also, adjustable, not the adjustments you have to take the knob cap off, but adjustable right on the scope as is, idk how to explain it. 200+ yards is something I'd like to do with this 10/22

something that wouldn't be ridiculously expensive would be good too, maybe 200-250-300 ish

I'm open to suggestions, online or if I can have my funstore order it, that'd be awesome too.

Meuller 8-32x44... I love mine, it is predictable and repeatable. Sold all over Canada now, but when I bought mine it was only available in Winnipeg from White falls. It comes with a sunshade as well..
