Optic suggestion

Looking for suggestions on a scope for my Ruger SR22. Must be:

compact
1-4x32, or thereabouts
target/exposed turrets
decent glass
not have thick reticles
Not NC Star
price range ~$200

I have looked at the Leepers UTG online but don't know anything about them or their quality as I have never handled one. What else is out there? Keep in mind that this is for plinking up to 50 yards, not precision shooting...

About $250 gets you the Bushnell AR 1-4x24. Under $200 you can get the Bushnell AR 2-7x32 with a BDC reticle calibrated for 22LR: https://www.amazon.ca/Bushnell-Riflescope-Turrets-Zone-22-Rimfire/dp/B00ABP4KNM. Quality of the Bushnell should be better than the UTG.
