Optics on a Sig CQB

How about something like this.

It's a Schmid & Bender 1.1–4 x 20 CQB Short Dot Police Marksman II.
That's if you can afford it. :D

I don`t think the CQB needs any sights really, the diopter sights work really well by themselves, even in the dark :)

Currently I am running an Aimpoint on my CQB carbine, and this has worked out extremely well, if you go with a Eotech I suspect that you may need the raised cheek piece on the stock, also tried the Leupold 3-9x36 - was a wasted effort in my opinion.

Actually I've been having problems with my M68, I think there's a loose connection in it somewhere. Seeing as I only use it on a .22 I wasn't impressed. Keeps going off, you give it a knock, it comes back on again. I thought it might be the battery but apparently not.

When i use an optic it's Aimpoint...but there's no co witness so i'm using irons mostly.

Steve, i've shot thousands of rounds of 5.56 with my aimpoint and never experienced ANY problems (with the aimpoint that is, and yes, ok, once during a match i forgot to flip up the front cover but that wasn't the sight's fault)

one of the nice things about buying expensive things is the warranty is usually fantastic. have you tried the England aimpoint rep?

let us know how they respond. i don't actually know anyone who ever had a problem with a m68 before, an eotech sure but not an aimpoint

HAHA, same thing happens to my cheap 'made in the peoples republic' versions i have. maybe you got rooked.

I have a CQB set up with an Aimpoint and with the low Aimpoint mount I am able to cowitness the sights. Steve, send your sight back to Aimpoint, I had a sight crap out and they repaired it free of charge.

what's a 'low aimpoint mount'

i tried my arms but no go.

It is usually the mount that accompnaies the optic. If you didn't get one in the box, it is the low mount offered by Aimpoint in their catalogue.
