optics on model 98

Thoughts on using a basically new (unused ) 45 year old Bausch and Lomb Bushnell Banner 1.5x4 on my 9.3x57, to me it seems like about the right power for a close in fightin rifle,, do you think it will stand up to the recoil (not severe I know )

If it's a Japanese built one, and installed with proper mounts, you'll not have a problem.

Had the same scope on a '96 8x57 with no issues.

Made by Baush + Lomb will be [BL] marked..........I pounded one for 20 years on a .338 Win mag with no issues.......Harold
