Optima Aimguard and Marineguard 14" Shotguns IN STOCK

I had three Escorts, now have two. (Marineguard 18.5" & Aimgaurd 20")
Receiver is aircraft quality aluminum.
Not compatible with 870 or 500/590.
S&J recently stated they will start modifying Hatsan forends to accept MOE forends sometime in Nov.

BigBoy, the ATI adjustable stock will be fine for NR status.
I have one that I'm not using, but I know how hard they are to find, especially in black, so its staying put in the parts box.

Good to know that others are in the same boat as me in regards to accessories and such.

I did some digging, and apparently the optima/hatsan escort/aimguard/marineguard shotguns are off brand copies of the Fabarm guns. If that is the case, the stock adapter for FP6->870 should fit it.

I have not confirmed it for myself, but it sounds promising. I'll be picking one up, and testing this, as soon as funds allow.

The Fabarm 870 stock conversion plate DOES NOT FIT.
Learned that the hard way.

Shot my 14" Aimguard last week for the first time with a ATI pistol grip AR stock on it and HATED it. Gun function was fine, but I've just grown to dislike AR style stocks and I don't like pistol grips on anything other than pistols...

+1. Yep. Interested in one of these myself. Far less expensive than what their competitors are priced at. Possibly the new models with the heat shield?
 
Can anybody recommend slugs for this shotgun? Would like to take mine to the range and wouldn't mind having a few different kinds on hand to try.

I shot S&B and Dominion low recoil slugs with mine. The gun is quite accurate despite using those low cost slugs.
 
I fired some full power SCORE 1 1/8 oz slugs through mine and they were accurate. I was indoors and could only shoot 25 yards though. Yes they kicked like a mule.
PS I have the black aimguard version and I hope someone brings in the plated marineguard version, that's what I was really after when I found a good deal on the black one.
I'd also like a standard (non pistol grip) Hatsan 2 shot shell holder stock for it.
 
It's been asked repeatedly in this thread. Apparently they have either lost interest in responding here or won't because they don't plan to re-stock and there's no financial gain to be had by responding.
