If you can't find one complete for $1500 you could always get a used lefty Remington on the EE for $700 ish and rebarrel it into anything you want for another $700 ish.

LH M700 Varmint. I found mine for $650. Display model.

If heavy for caliber projectiles are on the agenda- I mention this since you asked in the precision forum first- Tikkas are twisted unfortunately slow. The Rems are marginal as it is...

so the tikka wont be able to shoot 95-100 grains?

That will be the upper range of what they will stabilize. It'll probably shoot flat base 100 grainers just fine but may struggle with a match boat tail in the same weights. My T3 in 243 excells with 87 vmax and Sierra 85 grain game kings. I also have a Remington vls in 243 and I can't get 105 grain bullets to group at all. I think once you get over 100 grains you will see better results with a 8" twist barrel

If looking for sporter and indifferent to SS... Remington use to offer the LH CDL in 243, they show up in the EE every so often. They still offer the SPS Youth.

Pretty sure Savage would have some LH options too, but know next to nothing about them... Because, well... Savage. :D

There are also LH M77s still kicking around.
