you should never mention tikka name to a friend unless this is a masala ...

If your stuck on a bolt action, remington, tikka, savage, CZ (unknown if in 243), Sako all make left handed rifles. Another good option would be a Browning BLR, a lefty buddy of mine has a few that he shoots.
