I have a couple of their scopes which I really like, particularly the value for money side. They are not a Nightforce, but neither is their price.

I was looking at using one on a CQB M-14 and wondered if any other on the forum here has one and could comment on their quality and if the MS-3 reticle worked well in .308 Win?

Thanks.

I have no experience with it but a review on another forum says its average. Definitely an interesting reticle design.

I've read a few reviews and was talking to the optisan manufacture. Reviews are good and the glass is made in Japan.( if that means anything). It also has a lifetime warranty. After a lot of reading, I decided to go with a SIII 1x7. I'm still thinking of getting one of these.

I have 2 MTC scopes (made by Optisan) and I quite like them, particularly for the money. I am okay with $600-$700, but a bit reluctant to go higher, but it seems that there is very little available under a $1,000 in a 1- multiple magnification x 20ish configuration.

I like the Burris XTR /Nightforce and Sightron SIII. The Vortex Razor HDII is also a nice scope, but all over the budget. The only competition I can see is the Viper PST, and some say they are junk.

Is there anything else that works well, with a MRAD reticle and is around the $700 mark?

I've been looking for a few months,at a lot of scopes. Narrowed it down to optisan,SIII,leupold 1x6. Optisan is a gamble, didn't like the reticle in the leupold and finally settled on a SIII. It's the best bang for the bucks, at a $1000. The only thing I don't like about it is the lenght. Until I see more reviews on the optisan ,it's gonna have to wait. I couldn't find anything in a 1x6 ,other than the optisan for $700.
